Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy covers acquirersmultiple.com (“the site”, “we”). It says what we collect when you use the site, why, who else handles it for us, and how to have it removed. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Browsing without an account
You can read the blog, the free screen and the free daily analyst story without signing in. We count how the site is used with our own cookie-free analytics: which pages are viewed, how long and how far down they're read, which links and buttons are clicked, the website you came from (its address only, such as google.com), and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. A visit is identified by a random code that your browser keeps only until you close the tab. We don't record your IP address, name or email in these analytics, and we use them only as totals, to see what works on the site and what doesn't.
Your account
To sign up or log in you give us your email address, either by asking for a sign-in link or by continuing with Google. Sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication, which keeps your email address and, if you use Google, the name and photo on your Google account. When you're signed in, the site sets one cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days; it holds your account ID and email and isn't used for anything else. While you finish signing in by email, your browser briefly stores your email address so the link can complete, and deletes it afterwards.
The weekly email
Signing up adds your email address to our newsletter, which we send with Mailchimp. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe, signing in again won't resubscribe you.
Membership and payments
Payments are taken by Stripe (and, for some members who joined on the old site, PayPal). Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your plan and whether your membership is active, and Stripe keeps your billing history, which you can see from your account page.
Questions to the AI analyst
When you ask the AI analyst a question, we store the question and its answer, and count questions against your account's monthly limit. Questions and answers are shown to other readers on the stock's page or the FAQ, without your name or email, so please don't include personal details in them. To answer, the question is sent to the AI service that powers the analyst.
Who handles your information for us
- Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting the site and its data, and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: our domain's DNS.
- Mailchimp: the newsletter.
- Stripe and PayPal: payments.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes the analyst reports and answers questions.
Each uses your information only to provide its service to us. Some of them process it outside your country, including in the United States. Pages that embed videos or link to other sites (YouTube, for example) are covered by those sites' own policies once you play or open them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and membership records while you have an account. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your sign-in, your newsletter subscription and your membership record, except where we must keep payment records for tax and accounting. Questions you asked the analyst stay on the site without your name.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, cancel membership from your account page, and ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email info@acquirersmultiple.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell members by email if the change is significant.
