As part of the weekly research here at The Acquirer’s Multiple we’re always interested in investing gurus who hold the same stocks that appear in our Acquirer’s Multiple Stock Screeners, based on their latest 13F’s. So we’re now providing a new weekly feature article called ‘One Stock Superinvestors Are Buying Or Holding’. This week we’ll take a look at:

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT)

Microsoft develops and licenses consumer and enterprise software. It is known for its Windows operating systems and Office productivity suite. The company is organized into three equally sized broad segments: productivity and business processes (legacy Microsoft Office, cloud-based Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype, LinkedIn, Dynamics), intelligence cloud (infrastructure- and platform-as-a-service offerings Azure, Windows Server OS, SQL Server), and more personal computing (Windows Client, Xbox, Bing search, display advertising, and Surface laptops, tablets, and desktops).

A quick look at the price chart below for Microsoft shows us that the stock is up 69% in the past twelve months.
